Organisms comprise various molecules such as proteins, sugars, lipids, which coordinate to manage the activities involved in being alive. Their dysfunction has led to various diseases that have more frequently arisen in the context of our aging society in the 21st century. Even so, along with comprehensively analyzing the onset of these diseases from the molecular level to that of the entire organism by using methods that include disease model mice, we are promoting high-quality, cutting-edge basic research to eliminate disease and protect health.
