Workshop at MBSJ2022

日本分子生物学会の年会(MBSJ2022)にて、ワークショップ「ゲノム機能・構造データを起点とするゲノム科学の展開」を開催しました。 招待演者は、Dr. Shashikant Pujar (NCBI)です。標準的に用いられている遺伝子モデルデータベースRefSeqに加え、 EMBL-EBIとの共同によるMANE プロジェクトでも活躍されており、これらデータベースの最新の話題について議論しました。

We organized a workshop entitled “Genome biology with genomics databases” at the MBSJ 2022. Dr. Shashikant Pujar from NCBI, a key contributor to both the RefSeq database and the MANE project, presented the recent updates of these essential genomic resources.
