fanta.bio - a new database of cis-regulatory elements
遺伝子発現を制御するゲノム領域であるシスエレメントを収載した、新しいデータベースfanta.bioを構築し、公開しました。転写されるエンハンサー (transcribed enhancer) を含むデータベースとして世界最大規模であり、ChIP-Atlas, MoG+, Togovarに収載されている転写因子結合領域やゲノム多型を併せて調べることができます。NBDC統合化推進プログラム(JPMJND2202)の支援をうけた、 理化学研究所 生命医科学研究センター 生命医科学大容量データ技術研究チーム 同研究所 バイオリソース研究センター 統合情報開発室 との共同研究の成果です。
We have opened a new database fanta.bio containing cis-elements, genomic regions that control gene expression. This database is the largest database including transcribed enhancers, where you can explore transcription factor binding regions and genomic variations listed in ChIP-Atlas, MoG+, and Togovar together.
