Spatial transcriptome of developmental mouse brain

プレプリントを公開しました。空間トランスクリプトームを用い、発生段階のマウス脳を丹念に調べ上げた研究です。解剖学的な構造に対応して発現する遺伝子マーカーを新しく同定した他、前障と呼ばれる領域には異なる細胞群からなる内部構造があることを示しました。脳神経回路形成プロジェクトとの共同研究です。

We contributed a preprint, describing a study to elucidate the developing mouse brain using the spatial transcriptome. We have identified novel molecular markers corresponding to anatomical structures and delineated an internal structure of the claustrum, consisting of distinct types of cells. This is a colalboration with the Developmental Neuroscience Project
