Hiroyuki Sasunuma, project leader of the Genome Dynamics Project, and his team, in collaboration with a research group at Kyoto University, published a paper in *Nature* about “The Brain Is Built ‘While Being Damaged’—Mechanism Revealed for DNA Damage Occurring During Neuron Migration.”

The collaboration work with the Department of Urology at the Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University, have been accepted for publication in *Molecular Cancer Therapeutics*. Project Leader Sasanuma and Researcher Kano participated in the study.
The paper demonstrates that a combination of PARP and ATR inhibitors is a promising new treatment strategy for prostate cancer patients with CDK12 abnormalities. Congratulations!
